Lunch Menu and Order Form

 

PLEASE NOTE: To order, you must print out the lunch form order form (the second image), mark the days that you wish to purchase meals, and attach the cash to the order form. Meal prices are $5 per meal if meals are bought for all days of a single week, and $6 per meal if bought separately. ALL PAYMENTS AND FORMS ARE DUE THURSDAY OF THE WEEK BEFORE. That means that if you want to order lunch for the third week, you must order by the Thursday of the second week, etc.

To print the form, left click on the image (this should open up a new window with the form). Right click on the image and press "Save image as", save the image, then go find where the image was saved, and print it.
